Furthermore, HRAgo provides convenient functionality for claim submissions, the ability to submit supporting documentation for benefits card transactions, updating your contact information, making investment allocation changes, and managing your account preferences - all accessible directly from your mobile phone or tablet device.

Prior to utilizing HRAgo's benefits, it is important to have an existing portal user account. If you haven't registered your HRA and/or FSA account on your plan's respective website yet, we recommend completing this initial registration process first. Once you are registered, you can effortlessly access your account through HRAgo using the same portal account credentials.
